Living Foods: Spirit, Practice, Art and Science

Course Description: A balanced Living Foods Lifestyle, approached with wisdom and awareness, has the potential to be the most powerful dietary approach to health and healing in all ways. This 12 hour course will include the following components:
Spirit: Incorporate meditation, emotional and personal work to allow for elegant clearing of emotional patterns that invariably rise to the surface with improved nutrition.
Practice: Spend time in my kitchen learning a variety of quick, nutritious, delicious recipes and techniques: Smoothie meals, Sprouting, Hearty Salads, Raw Stews, 80% Raw Meals, Nut Milks, Treats, Fresh Juices, Soups, etc., as well as some fancier recipes too.
Art: Learn how to live your Living Foods Lifestyle joyfully, elegantly and peacefully at work, with family and friends.
Science: Ensure that you are receiving balanced nutrition for a healthy, vibrant body.
3 Sessions:
- Spring evening session: Mondays from 6.30 t0 9.30 pm - May 10, 17, 31, June 7
- Spring morning session: Wednesdays from 9.30 am to 12.30 pm - May 12, 19, 26, June 3
- Summer camp session: July 12, 13, 14, 15 from 10 am to 1 pm.
Cost: $234 - includes handouts, samples and a meal each class
