The Art of Choosing and Preparing Foods That Feed Our Bodies and Nourish Our Souls

Food - we make choices everyday and they affect perhaps more than anything else our looks, our health, our energy level, our longevity, our moods and our state of mind. My hope is that these workshops will plant the seeds for the deeper changes that need to happen in order for you to begin to effortlessly make food choices that naturally support a healthy body, mind and spirit.
My offerings are a result of research and personal experience. It is clear that the most healthful direction is towards a whole foods, plant-based diet with an emphasis on living and local organic choices. The Health and Beyond food preparation classes reflect this approach. All foods are vegetarian & organic. Some raw dairy will occasionally be used.
For each workshop, we will prepare and enjoy a variety of dishes. Format is both observation and hands-on. All levels welcome.
