and this retreat is designed to create the conditions for our authentic self
to emerge in all its beauty and uniqueness.

Give yourself the gift of your own Presence. You’re encouraged to bring your own personal intention for this week-long journey inwards. Every day will include sitting and walking meditation, yoga postures, preparing and enjoying a whole foods lunch together with the summer's bounty, walking near the Mill Pond and deep relaxation. Teaching will be woven throughout. One day will be held in complete silence. All levels are welcome.

Schedule:

  • 9 am - arrival
  • 9.15 am - chanting, meditation and teaching
  • 10.15 am - asana (posture) practice
  • 11.45 am - food preparation and lunch
  • 1 pm - walk
  • 1.30 pm - deep relaxation
  • 2.00 pm - teaching, discussion, meditation
  • 4 pm - homeward bound
