The practice of meditation is one of the most powerful gifts that we have to fully embrace our lives and to create physical, mental and emotional health. In spite of this, and although meditation is our natural state, many people find it very difficult to meditate ‘successfully’. This course is designed for those who are sincere about deepening their own meditation practice.
Each session we will explore different aspects of meditation in depth and integrate them into our practices. These aspects will be highlighted through discussion, group work, and meditations (guided and open).
Topics include:
- Meditation benefits and developing a practice
- Centering in the breath
- The vessel: sensing the body, healing the body
- Mind and thoughts: is it true?
- Emotions: energy in motion
- Culturing Presence
- Exploring and transcending lack
- Relationships: the perfect mirror
- Co-creation using intention setting, affirmations and visualization
- Deep relaxation
- Using mindfulness to heal emotional eating and addictions.
Price $450 includes:
- 35 hours of class time
- 1 one-on-one session with Caroline
